I was researching on pink marbles for such a long time trying to find something nice, as in my head it was wonderful: fresh, contemporary and sophisticated, but in reality, everything I saw was a bit old-fashioned. Until one day when I accidentally found this bathroom design by Australian design company Handelsmann + Khaw, they got it just right.
I like how they integrated same marble material in the dressing room, combining it with chic pale green wallpaper. In the bathroom, small white mosaics with contrast black grout made it look quite modern and graphical, what helped marble pieces to stand out in the nice soft way.

Marble and Wood are one of the most beautiful natural materials, which could be used by interior designers to create interesting and elegant spaces. Both materials could be used in the bathrooms when sealed properly. Porcelain tiles with a wooden effect finish could be a good alternative to the real wood.
