Patterned tiles are a very practical WOW factor for the hallway. Tiles are usually quite durable and easy to maintain which makes them a perfect floor finish for high traffic areas such as hallway. Adding some pattern to the floor in the hallway will help to add some interest and visually break the space, making it seem larger.
We have used patterned tiles from Mutina collection for one of our Projects and we love the result a lot.

Even the best designed interior wouldn't work without well designed lighting. Why not to have a light as a feature and create unique visual effect? Let's try to use it as a final touch in the interior design.

Bocci is a contemporary design and manufacturing house based in Vancouver , Canada , with a satellite company based in Berlin , Germany . Their aim is to build a healthy, flexible and stable network united under the goal of creating practical but striking consumer goods of the highest quality.
Even though their pieces focus on emotional and romantic shades of the contemporary design spectrum, they are deeply committed to rigorous and intelligent execution. They are not afraid of technical complexity and are constantly searching for technical innovation, going as far as manufacturing their own proprietary Xenon and LED lamps which have longer lamp lives and lower failure rates than any available alternative.

Bare wood staircase is beautiful, but could be a bit noisy and slippery. Stair runners are a great solution to provide quietness and safety to your stairs. Staircase runners come in different colours, patterns and materials. Here are some examples to get inspired.

Console tables are great storage and display additions to narrow spaces in the house, such as entrances and hallways. Rather than shelves, consoles have a bit more substance to them and provide useful storage space in an entrance lobby for items like keys, as well as a place for lighting and decorative items.
Console could also be used as a vanity table in a small bedroom – fitting a mirror in front and perhaps choosing a model with some drawers to hide private items.
In the living room, they could be used as a visual separation between the seating area and the dining area or play the role of a modern mini bar. We have also seen them placed behind sofas in open plan layouts to create storage space and room for lighting. Due to the narrowness of most console tables, they are a very versatile piece of furniture.
OKA Direct provides beautiful luxury furniture and home accessories. They have a great range of console tables from classic to modern styles any colour and any size. We have selected a few of our favourite console tables from the OKA range.
Lantau Faux Shagreen & Gold Console Table
This console adds a great sophisticated touch of glamour to the interior. The top is grey shagreen and the metal legs are gilded with real gold leaf. We love the modern, minimal lines of this console.
Pompidou console table, metal and glass
This glass console table could work perfectly as a mini-bar. It is narrow enough to fit to most spaces.
This beautiful oak console table would work well in a deco-styled or more traditional townhouse or a country retreat. Reinforced legs ensure a great stability and provide an interesting design.
This console table is finished in antiqued mirror, adding lightness and touch of sophistication to a grand entrance – or it could also work as a dressing table. Antiqued mirrors are surrounded by distressed, bronze finished metal frames.
