Spiced Honey is a familiar neutral that feels warm, calming and extremely versatile. I is invigorating and energising and simply works with everything, like wood, leather and natural stone.

The period of grey is almost over and we have missed warm beige and brown tones. Here are some examples of beautiful interiors using the concept.

Choosing wardrobes in a darker colour can help to highlight its design and to bring a bit of the contrast to the space. Wardrobe doors could be painted, spray lacquered, laminated or made out of solid materials, such as wood, metal, etc. Depending on the interior style doors could be plain or with decorative mouldings or cut-outs. Interior designer can always advice you on the best combination of materials and colours for your house.

Beige is very warm and natural colour. Beige is like grey, it is very hard to go wrong by choosing it. While other neutrals, like black and white, could make bold statements when it comes to interior design, beige is a better choice if you prefer delicate looks. One of the tricks to decorating with beige and making your space still look interesting is to choose different shades of beige to decorate with.

This season's big print trend is tartan and plaid - earlier this year than usual, plaid tends to be a winter trend but this year we are loving it's return in autumn colours. Greens, browns and oranges are dominating the autumn plaid selection, referencing the great English countryside and heritage style.

A little bit out of the ordinary, but this year's autumn trend colour is blue. Be it grey blue or indigo blue (a definite favourite this season), you cannot make it through AW13 without it. Blue is an unusual autumn colour - the usual trend is, as we know, towards the browns and oranges but this year is an exception... and a wonderfully welcome one.
