Why to live in a warehouse?
It is a unique space, plain and simple with high ceilings and big windows. It offers that “wow factor”.
Moreover, each of these buildings has its own story. They are typically over 100 years old. Warehouses used to be the cheap option of living, but recently people have discovered the trendy factor and prices have skyrocketed. Converted warehouse are very popular among artists and designers, as they offer a lot of space to live and create.
